OFFICE MANAGER
CCLR is seeking an experienced self-starter to run the office and provide support to a staff of five. We need an organized, efficient, energetic, flexible, detail-oriented team player to work and play hard with us. You must be willing to manage multiple tasks under pressure and work independently.
Tasks include purchasing, billing, reception, filing, bookkeeping and audit assistance, office equipment management and periodic project assistance.
A minimum of three to five years of experience in an equivalent position is desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Outlook, Excel and Word) a must and experience with government grant management is preferred. Experience with Quickbooks a plus!
Terms of Employment:
The position of Office Manager is a non-exempt, full-time position, with medical, vacation, and access to a 401(k) plan. Salary: $34,000-$45,000 depending on experience.
