Raise awareness of your property for redevelopment while you perfect your pitch and presentation.
Do you have a brownfield property in New York State on the market or in need of a developer, broker or liability transfer company?
The "Perfect Your Pitch to Attract Developers" panel at CCLR's 3rd Annual NYS Annual Redevelopment Summit: Keys to Successful Brownfield Redevelopment in 2018 and Beyond in Albany is your opportunity to hear developers speak about what they look for in a property, how they define the “community asset stack” and what you need to know to be an informed seller. Hear praise and critique on actual elevator pitches and gain perspective on the steps you can take to identify public funding, increase the value of a property through targeted investments in infrastructure, align zoning and gain community support. We have invited developers and real estate experts to particiapte on the panel including Richbell Capital, Environmental Liability Transfer, Actio Corporate Advisors, Savarino Companies, the Krog Group, and commerical real estate groups.
To be considered, just complete this questionnaire by MAY 4, 2018 at 11:59pm about a specific property seeking a buyer/investor. We will select six to eight submissions for presentation at the Summit. If selected, you will need to be in Albany on June 14th to present your property. Everyone who submits a property is encouraged to bring a poster/marketing materials for our Exhibitor Expo area to feature their property and raise its profile to attendees, including developers, real estate brokers and investors. Panelists will provide free one-on-one consultation post-Summit with presenters.
