Cynthia Parker

Cynthia is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where she directs BRIDGE's diverse range of affordable housing initiatives, which have created more than 20,000 new homes since its founding in 1983. Recent projects include the 250 unit, LEED Silver certified Celadon at 9th & Broadway development in San Diego, CA. In addition to creating quality, affordable living for residents of all ages, BRIDGE properties partner with local providers and resources to help expand educational and professional opportunities through programs geared toward each and every age group, ranging from after-school programs to financial literacy courses to health and wellness programs. Previously, Cynthia chaired the Sound Families Initiative for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and served as President of the National Neighborhood Housing Network. Cynthia is also the director of the National Affordable Housing Trust, Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future, the One PacificCoast Foundation, and the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California.
