Amilia Glikman

Amilia is an environmental lobbyist and consultant representing Ka-Pow’s clients on various regulatory, legislative, and policy issues. She is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in environmental law and policy in both the public and private sectors. Before joining KP in 2022, Amilia worked as an attorney for the State of California, including as Chief Counsel for the Department of Toxic Substances Control. She also worked as a senior attorney for the Office of Legislative Counsel drafting environmental legislation and advising legislators and their staff on environmental legal and policy issues. Amilia previously worked as an environmental law attorney with the law firm of Downey Brand LLP and as a legal research attorney with the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento.
