Ann Lewis

Biography

Ann is the Chief Executive Officer for the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation (STBC), where she oversees real estate acquisitions and sales, management and development of a variety of commercial properties including office buildings, shopping centers, housing projects, etc. In addition, STBC is the economic development arm for the Siletz Tribe. In this area it is the CEO’s responsibility to diligently seek out opportunities to diversify the Tribe’s portfolio by creating new businesses, acquiring existing businesses, and partnering with innovative companies. Lastly STBC is the sole owner and operator of the Siletz Tribal Revolving Credit Program (STRCP) a financial entity that provides a variety of loans for the Siletz Tribal members. Within these three areas Ann has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and profitability.

With over 25 years working in the private commercial real estate sector where she owned and operated her own thriving real estate firm, Ann decided it was time to use her experience to give back to her Tribal people. She relocated her family to the Willamette Valley where she has spent the last the last 12 years working in commercial real estate and economic development for both Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. Although she always enjoyed her real estate career, it is her time working with the two Tribes that she has found to be the most rewarding.
