Biography
Mary is co-founder of RE|Solutions, LLC, a woman-owned real estate advisory and development company specializing in environmentally-distressed properties. She is a nationally-recognized leader in brownfield acquisition and development, with more than three decades of experience in environmental risk management and real estate transactions. For the last 15 years, her career has focused solely on the acquisition, cleanup and redevelopment of commercial and industrial brownfield properties. Mary is a graduate of MIT, a member of the ASTM E50 Standards Committee, and serves on EPA’s National Brownfield Conference Advisory Panel and several state brownfield stakeholder groups.
