As the Senior Operations Coordinator, Ginger is essential in supporting programmatic, marketing, and communications efforts with over ten years of operational support and administrative experience. She has held many office support roles in various industries, the last three being at a Fiscal Sponsor in Oakland. Having completed two management courses at Harvard Business School Online, Ginger is enrolled in her 3rd cohort to expand her leadership knowledge. She’s eager to contribute her expertise to support CCLR’s ongoing initiatives with her commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, valuing diverse perspectives, and nurturing the talents of fellow team members with a similar commitment.
The Bay Area has been home to Ginger her entire life; she resides in El Cerrito with her two sons. She enjoys hanging out with her children, family, and friends in her spare time, cooking, planning events, and watching true crime documentaries.
