Martinez Sustainable Waterfront Redevelopment Materials

The Martinez Sustainable Redevelopment and Land Recycling workshop focused on specific topics regarding resilience along shorelines and waterfronts. The workshop aimed to provide tools and insights needed to advance land reuse projects at all stages of the redevelopment process.

Goals for the workshop included highlight innovations in attracting economic development and maximizing existing affordable housing in Contra Costa County. CCLR also focused on resources for brownfields redevelopment, including grant funding and CCLR services and touched also on the science and policy around sea-level rise and important considerations for waterfront redevelopment
